咸语，正式全称现代西尼克斯语（Modern Sinixel），日常简称咸语，是原创架空先验人造语言，祖语为古西尼克斯语（Sinixel），二者共同构成独立架空西尼克斯语系，与现实世界所有自然语言无词源亲缘关系。

Xiányǔ, officially known in full as Modern Sinixel and commonly shortened to Xiányǔ, is an original fictional a priori constructed language. Its ancestral form is Ancient Sinixel, and together they form the independent fictional Sinixel language family, with no etymological relation to any natural language in the real world.

It is a typical analytic isolating language: words carry no inflections for person, tense, or number, and all grammatical information is expressed entirely through fixed word order, independent function words, and derivational suffixes. The language is designed for short, forceful call-to-action verses with heavy use of imperative structures. The longest and most systematically complete surviving text is the full translation of Intenasoneval (The Internationale).

It has two supporting transcription systems: standardized Latin orthography and Chinese Bopomofo. Both are purely phonetic — their characters only record pronunciation and carry no inherent semantic meaning, and there are no native logographic characters.

Both systems are purely phonetic, with no direct link between character form and lexical meaning. There is no logographic word-formation logic (such as pictographs or ideographs). If logographic functionality is required, a separate ideographic system must be designed to complement them.
